Team. Consider joining or starting a local JAVA User's Group (JUG). These groups are fun an informative. You learn more about them at https://www.java.net/jugs/java-user-groups. Also, if you have the financial resources consider joining a professional organization such as the the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), www.acm.org, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), www.ieee.org.
